They're exhausted...

My angels are lookin' a little raggedy this week. They've been fighting some truly awesome battles but I am happy to report that they are on the winning side.

There are still many opposing forces coming at them but they're holding their own and calling in reinforcements where necessary. Their Commander-In-Chief is Almighty and Powerful and I have confidence that I can put complete trust in their abilities.

So... If you're not using your angels right now... mine could use a little help. Their arms are getting tired and their faces are a little dirty but they're standing strong and have not faltered. Their knees have not bent and they have not fallen.

I stand by helplessly and watch... and pray. All I can do is trust... believe... and have confidence that if I give them full control, they will come through with flying colors. As long as I can send my worship ahead of them... the spoil to be collected will be great!

Thank you all for your prayers... and the lend of your angels... and the reminders along the way to keep on worshipping and putting one foot in front of the other. Together... we'll make it!

The alternative is not an option! (hmmm... I should have that printed on a t-shirt!)

Love you... God Bless

Hello God...

Hello God,
I called tonight
To talk a little while
I need a friend who'll listen
To my anxiety and trial.
You see, I can't quite make it
Through a day just on my own...
I need your love to guide me,
So I'll never feel alone.
I want to ask you please to keep
My family safe and sound.
Come and fill their lives with confidence
For whatever fate they're bound.
Give me faith, dear God, to face
Each hour throughout the day,
And not to worry over things
I can't change in any way.
I thank you God for being home
And listening to my call,
For giving me such good advice
When I stumble and fall.
Your number, God, is the only one
That answers every time.
I never get a busy signal,
Never had to pay a dime.
So thank you, God, for listening
To my troubles and my sorrow.
Good night, God, I love You too,
And I'll call again tomorrow!
